An AI agent for your real estate agency: every missed call becomes a qualified appointment

A large share of calls come in the evening and on weekends, when nobody picks up. The Sens-AI agent answers, qualifies the project — buying, renting, budget, area — offers a viewing slot and hands over to your agent with the full context.

The problem

In a real estate agency, calls come in when nobody can pick up

Buyers and tenants search after work and on weekends. Your agents, meanwhile, are at a viewing, an appraisal, or a signing. Every unanswered call is a project that goes to the agency next door, or to a portal.

The rest of the time, the same questions come up on every listing: is the property still available, what size, what floor, what energy rating, what fees, when can I view it. Answering them takes the time needed to actually qualify the project — and move it forward.

In property management, tenants call about an incident, a document, a rent receipt; landlords about an update on their mandate. Everything arrives on the same line, unsorted.

What the agent handles

What the Sens-AI agent handles in a real estate agency

You define its sources and its scope: your listings, your fees, your availability, your instructions. Outside that scope, it hands over to your team.

Qualifying buyers and tenants

Buy or rent, to live in or invest, budget, area, timeline, financing: the agent asks the right questions and hands the agent a project that's already qualified.

Answers on your listings

From your published listings: price, size, floor, energy rating, fees, availability, neighborhood. The client gets their answer, the agent isn't interrupted.

Offering a viewing slot

The agent offers slots within the availability you define and passes on the viewing request with the project. Connected to your calendar, it confirms directly.

Tenant application

The list of documents to provide, guarantee conditions, reminders of missing documents: the file arrives complete, or nearly so.

Appraisal requests

Property type, address, size, sale project and timeline: the agent qualifies the request and offers an appointment with an agent.

Property management incidents

Leak, breakdown, lock: the agent collects the address, the nature of the problem and contact details, creates the request for the property manager — and immediately transfers emergencies.

Landlords

Questions about the mandate, fees, rent guarantee, documents: the agent answers from your terms and routes to the right contact.

Prospect record and summary

Every exchange leaves a record: property concerned, project, financing, requested slot, contact details. The agent calls back already knowing everything.

What depends on your tools

Confirming a viewing slot directly requires reading your shared calendar. Automatically creating the prospect record requires writing to your transaction software or CRM. Giving the status of a file or a rent receipt requires querying your property management tool.

Without integration, the Sens-AI agent passes the structured request to your team, who act on it. With one, it acts itself, through connected actions whose scope you approve — and everything is logged.

We look together, in the demo, at what plugs into your tools from the start, and what comes later.

Which channels the agent uses to answer the agency's clients

  • Phone The agency's number forwarded, or a dedicated number. The agent answers in the evening and on weekends and performs a warm transfer to the agent or the on-call staff.
  • Website Chat and voice in the browser, on your listing pages: the visitor asks their question about the property they're looking at.
  • WhatsApp The channel for tenants and files: a photo of a document or a leak is sent in one gesture.
  • Email Requests from portals and your contact inbox handled as conversations, with the same agent.

All channels are included in every plan; only the volumes change.

Sample exchange with a real estate agency's agent

Phone call, a Saturday at 7pm. Illustration.

Client — Hello, I'm calling about the two-bedroom on Rue des Lilas, is it still available?

Agent — Yes, the 68 sq m two-bedroom on Rue des Lilas is available, on the third floor with an elevator, at €289,000. Is this a purchase project to live in or to invest?

Client — To live in. We already have an agreement in principle for the loan.

Agent — Perfect. For a viewing, I can offer Tuesday at 6pm or Thursday at 12:30pm with Camille, who handles this property. Which slot works for you?

Client — Tuesday 6pm.

Agent — Tuesday at 6pm, requested. Camille will confirm the slot. Can I get your name and a number to reach you?

On Monday morning, Camille finds the record in her inbox: the property, the project, the financing, the requested slot and the phone number. She calls back to confirm — or, if the calendar is connected, the slot is already set.

Frequently asked questions from real estate agencies

Does the agent know my listings?

Yes. You point it to the pages of your website or listings to index, and the agent answers from what is published there: price, size, floor, energy rating, fees, availability. When your listings change, you relaunch indexing with one click from the dashboard.

Can it book a viewing appointment in my calendar?

It offers slots within the availability you define and passes the request to the agent with the client's project. Direct confirmation in your calendar requires connecting it, through an action whose scope you approve.

What happens if a tenant reports an emergency at night?

On the phone, the agent performs a warm transfer to the on-call number you define. If nobody picks up, the incident waits for your property manager in their inbox, with the caller's number and a summary, ready to call back.

Where is my clients' and prospects' data hosted?

Exclusively in the European Union: database in Ireland, cache in Frankfurt, language model in France. Sub-processors are public in our DPA and conversations are deleted within the timeframes it sets.
